The lettered side shows the connective life goddess Ayu holding a wreath above a pomegranete plant. Connective deities are identified by having wings. The red pomegranet represents life (the fruit itself is hidden by a coin defect). Ayu is also the crescent moon goddess.
A wreath represents the integration of the life and motion powers to produce the cyclic nature of life with it death and rebirth. Its hole represented the dark new moon and eye pupil which was the source of all motion powers. Laural wreaths were give to the fastest runners by the Greeks. This association with victory caused the Romans to award wreaths to the victor of any contest.
The other side seems to show the hermaphrodite deity Thu (Athena) who is the connective motion powers deity who crosses boundaries.
This text is stating that resorting to divination of the astrological night sky negatively affects the life powers which bring fertility to the earth.
