Earliest Sardinian Cave Tombs (Domus de Janas) 4100- 3200 BCE

(February 24, 2024) These tend to be single room tombs carved out of rock which in Sardinia are called Domus de Janas. This is a Latin phrase meaning "House of Janus" where Janus is the Roman life source God. The month of January is named for him. He is equivalent to the Druid Alu.  Tombs were the source of ancestral life powers, of reincarnated life forms.

Goddess Selene figurine from Necropolis of Marinaru in Sardinia

Probably Druid Goddess Hekate/Kate

(February 24, 2024)  The broken arms probably bent down from her shoulders to her waist. This position of the arms identifies the figurine as the life source goddess and guardian of dead boby forms prior to reincarnation as Hekate/Kate (Picture from Delfino 2000)
