Translation (August 1, 2023)

1. The allocations from eagle-vultures cannot manifest the revelations constrained by energy.  (Only) Wind-powers (motion-powers) can manifest efforts.  That shaping (of life network) foreshadows the nourishment's allocations by Ayu.
2. Drought can be woven by the life-manifestations.  Activate Ayu's (the weaver) involvement with Hu.  The weaving can isolate astrology-magic.  Considerations (focused emotions) cannot manifest the Opener's (Ayu) involvement  :
3. Emotional-obsessions are energizing nothing.  The zodiac-house's filtering can be opened and,  except for the gatekeepers (owls), not be motion-empowered. The Constrainer (Su) is not being nourished for not having revelations.
4. (What) is nourishing this lack of activity?  (What) is nourishing the lack of authority?    Those are being nourished by eagle-vultures  to confuse the activity-levels.  Nourish  the life-channeling omens.  Prune the revelations.
5. Alu is involved with the Observer (Su).  The nearness is tuning the conclusions (settings)  of the foolish.  The manifestations are fooling the constraint (law making) by those authorities.
6. Lack of eagle-vultures is drying-up astrological-activity.  The Weaver (Ayu) is manifesting the constraints from Thu's energy.  The design,  except-for life-manifestations,  can be nourished by the astrological-power's pruning.
7. The Weaver (Ayu) can manifest (and) Thu can observe the design (of the network).  The Weaver can manifest (and)  Thu can bend the design. Nothing is being irrigated.
8. Revelations from the enemies  can involve the shepherds (emotion magic-crafters).  Revelations can activate enemies of the community and the design. Revelations are involving attunements with the life-manifestation's shaping.
9. Drying-out the setting (of life network) will divert nothing.  Revelations are fighting offerings from the astrological-powers.  [Yahu] is lacking (that) authority.  Motion-powers can be confused by astrological-activity.
10. Alu can drive the shaping of the water-transport. Revelations can involve attunements.  Life-manifestations can be fooled.  Astrology-powers can lack Alu's   involvement with the Observer (Su).
11. High-Life-Powers can be manifested by Controllers (Su, Selu, Thu, and owls). The designing-process can involve observing and opening life-manifestations by the Controllers.  The astrological-power's activity  can prod the eagle-vultures which can prod those doing the designing. 
12. High-Life-Powers are not revealing nourishments. The involvement of the shepherd's (emotion magic crafter) is not repelling nourishments for the community and  is lacking nothing.  The liver's astrological-powers are revealing the activity of the astrological-powers. 
13. An aroused  Alu  can drive the shaping (of life-network)  (Therefore) Life-manifestations can be activated by astrological-powers. The revelations of Alu cannot be revealed by the emotion-owl's activity.  The removal of life-manifestations is activated by astrological-powers.
14. Alu cannot be astrologically-empowered by the activity of Selu's-eye (Su).  Don't involve the eagle-vultures.  Don't involve them.  Involve the motion-power's astrological-powers. The design (of the network) by  the boundary's eagle-vultures will be manifested by openings.
