Page 6 of the Codex Runicus. Chapter 3 begins at the red letter which builds on the statements of the previous chapters for pushing the use of astrology magic and not just astrology divination.

(August 14, 2023) Half way down this this page chapter 3 begins starting at the red letter. Chapter 2 here continues explaining the differentiation between the astrological powers of the zodiac which generate motion powers of fate versus astrological magic which can modify that fate.

Chapter 3 is pushing for the integration of motion generating astrological powers in with the life powers using astrology-magic even though this may confuse the eagle-vultures which prune the life network links. The translation is:

  1. Don't enlighten.  Don't reveal the zodiac-houses.  Nothing (there) should be opening life-manifestation's forces.  Revealing (life forms) involves not energizing  astrological-activity.  Revelations should love being woven by  the shaping (of life-network).
  2. Motion-Powers should elevate life-manifestation's shaping.  Reveal the motion-powers.  Wind-powers can manifest the shaping.  Ayu (the Weaver) is not being astrologically-activated.  Weave the life-manifestations.  
  3. Astrological-activity of the owls (gatekeepers) will involve the high-motion-powers.   Alu (life source) can be gated by astrological-magic.  Ayu may not desire the design (of the life network).  The astrological-activity of magic will then shed the shaping (of the life network). 
  4. The curses from astrology-magic are lacking nothing.  Bindings (to life) are not being nourished. Reveal those enemies. The zodiac-houses of the sky-shell are making impulsive the astrology-magic and the Lord (Su). 
  5. Zodiac-Houses can lack astrological-activity from the constraints by the authorities (planets). Fertility-fluids are not from the astrological-powers. Energizing Yahu does not bring life-manifestations.  Reveal the enemies of the high-life-powers.
  6. Life-manifestations can be controlled by administering omens for the eagle-vultures.  :Make visible the life-manifestations by opening the eagle-vulture's design.  Nothing is being irrigated.  Reveal the enemies of the reduction.
  7. The Moon-Eye's astrological-activity can make an enemy of the community due to   life-manifestations getting aroused.  Revelations can be constrained by astrological-activity.  Zodiac-Houses of the sky-shell's astrology-magic  can shape the revelations.
  8.  The weak-willed-one's (Loki, the eagle-vultures)  revelations can narrow-down  the shaping  ::  High-life-power's eagle-vultures can be nourished by opening the nourishments for Selu (Selene).  The Revealer (Yahu/Yahweh) from the life-priest-fathers can be involved with that.
  9. Nourishing that astrology-magic involvement can cause confusion among eagle-vulture's doing the shaping (of life network). Thu is being aroused by nourishing astrology-magic. So shouldn't we be nourishing the openings for the Weaver's (Ayu and her eagle-vultures) life-manifestations?
  10. The high-life-power's manifestations can be controlled, (yet) the Revealer (Yahu/Yahweh) can make enemies of the motion-powers.  The design can lack  the neglected-ones (eagle-vultures) shaping. The far-life-powers do the authorizing of Ayu..
  11. Life-Manifestations can be shaped.  Thu can lack nourishing from astrology-magic.  The design should be energized by  astrology-magic involving the Revealer (Yahu/Yahweh).  Don't craft-astrology-magic.  The boundary can energize astrology-magic's involvement.  Life-manifestations lack shaping.
  12. Are not the weavers (Ayu and eagle-vultures) isolating the enemies of motion-powers?  Life-manifestations are lacking Su's conducting.  Nourishments can be opened by offerings arousing the Revealer (Yahu) the Revealer of the life-priest-fathers.  
  13. Life-manifestations are lacking. Astrological-activity is lacking  prodding.  Thu is lacking goodness.  The far-life-powers can authorize the contributions of the upper-regions (life source). Nothing is being observed.
  14. Energize arousals.  Energize the White-One (Selu).  Astrology-magic can shed the astrological-powers.  Life-manifestations  can be shaped by astrology-magic. High-Life-Powers can be manifested by the shaping.  The pasture (starry night sky) can be a gate-keeper for life-manifestations.
